About
William began his career in financial services in 2014, after completing a degree in Mathematics. He moved into advising clients with SJP in 2019 and went on to establish Sterling Pathway in 2025.
He holds Chartered Financial Planner status with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) - a designation widely regarded as the gold standard within the profession. William is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, the highest level of professional recognition in the financial services industry.
William delivers fully tailored advice shaped around each client’s individual needs, circumstances, and long-term goals. He is passionate about providing tax-efficient solutions across estate planning, investment planning, and retirement planning, and he particularly enjoys working in complex areas such as trusts* and inheritance tax planning. He is also accredited to provide specialist advice to trustees on suitable investment strategies.
Outside of work, William enjoys golf, padel, and cooking.
