My goals in building and maintaining relationships with clients are simple and sincere. I aim to ensure that every client feels completely at ease when it comes to their finances, and that together we establish a clear and achievable path towards financial freedom. The UK’s financial landscape is complex and ever-changing, so having a trusted adviser to help cut through the noise is invaluable.
As a Financial Planner with a Law degree and a background in the legal profession, I bring a distinctive skill set that allows me to also work closely with business owners and individuals who require more intricate, combined legal and financial planning. This enables me to deliver comprehensive solutions that ensure the best outcomes are achieved across every aspect of their affairs.
As a former Army Officer, I am also deeply committed to supporting those connected to the UK Armed Forces. I am passionate about helping service personnel and their families maximise their financial wellbeing, both during and after their time in service.
Originally from Ireland and now based in the greater Edinburgh area, I primarily work with clients across Northern Ireland and the east coast of Scotland, while also supporting clients nationally in areas such as London, Cornwall, and Wales.
I’m passionate about helping people improve their financial well-being and confidence. Money can be deeply personal and, at times, emotional — which is why I take a calm, understanding, and educational approach to financial planning. My aim is to ensure clients feel informed, reassured, and empowered to make decisions that truly support their goals and values.
I believe that great financial advice is built on genuine relationships. By providing a personalised service with regular reviews and open conversations, I help clients stay on track and adapt as life changes. Whether it’s guiding someone through major financial decisions or simply providing peace of mind by answering simple questions, my focus is always on clarity, trust, and long-term success.
As a former Army Officer, I have a strong appreciation for the unique challenges faced by service personnel and their families. I’m deeply committed to supporting members of the Armed Forces community — both current and former — to make the most of the opportunities available to them and to achieve lasting financial security.
Outside of work, I’m fortunate to live near East Lothian — the golf capital of the world — and I’m an enthusiastic supporter of both Ulster Rugby and Irish Rugby.
