In the event of a sudden life change such as bereavement or illness, having someone with you for emotional support is reassuring. We welcome other family members, healthcare professionals such as carers to accompany you to meetings with your us.

All personal information about changed circumstances or health is treated in the strictest confidence.

Help with pre-existing conditions

If you have a pre-existing or lifelong physical condition or disability, such as a visual, speech or hearing impairment, we can offer additional support to help you access our services.
