Clients need to know that the person they are dealing with:
- Is trustworthy.
- Is discreet.
- Does what they say.
- Gives advice even when that advice does not necessarily financially benefit the giver, but is in the client's best interest.
- Has a depth of knowledge and resource available to them.
- Refers to other professionals as appropriate.
One or more of the following criteria would typically apply for our clients:
- They are entrepreneurial in their field.
- They run their own companies or family trust funds.
- They have assets averaging over £1 million.
