Clients need to know that the person they are dealing with:

  • Is trustworthy.
  • Is discreet.
  • Does what they say.
  • Gives advice even when that advice does not necessarily financially benefit the giver, but is in the client's best interest.
  • Has a depth of knowledge and resource available to them.
  • Refers to other professionals as appropriate.

One or more of the following criteria would typically apply for our clients:

  • They are entrepreneurial in their field.
  • They run their own companies or family trust funds.
  • They have assets averaging over £1 million.
