I started my career as a Tax Executive with HMRC before moving over to Banking, and then onto the Financial Services Industry in 1999 when I became fully qualified to advise. I have always enjoyed client facing roles with variety and the challenges this brings.
I knew straight away this career change would be more than just a job for me. I am passionate about making a difference to each and every one of my clients with a high level of integrity and diligence. Whether it be simplifying their situation for ease of monitoring and reviewing, through to creating complex strategies to add value in a range of diverse financial areas to improve their overall position in the short, medium and long term.
During my 20 year career thus far, I have gained enormous experience, dealing with a broad range of clients from Directors, Dentists, Lawyers to Retired Professionals and built up many long term relationships along the way. I have frequently dealt with a diverse range of wealth management situations, and solutions which has enabled me to build up a high level of technical expertise.
I will always continue to improve on my professional development, and was delighted to achieve the prestigious accolade of Chartered Financial Planner in 2012, and soon after became Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Outside of work, I’m married with two lovely boys. I am a keen and explorative cook and really enjoy both entertaining and travelling with family and friends.
