Darren Malone
Darren became a co-director of Grosvenor Partners Financial Services in 2005. Darren has worked in financial services since 1994, previously enjoying a successful career with Lloyds and Bradford & Bingley Building Society.
About
Darren holds the Diploma in Financial Planning awarded by the Chartered Institute of Insurance and is highly experienced in providing advice across a broad range of areas. Having attained the appropriate qualifications, Darren also provides specific advice to clients of Grosvenor Partners Financial Services in the area of later life planning, which includes satisfying clients long-term care needs.
In addition to this, Darren is Grosvenor’s Director of IT and Operations. Darren’s style with clients is relaxed and focuses heavily on understanding each client’s personal objectives. This enables him to construct the appropriate investment portfolio to underpin his advice. In 2017 Darren and his Co-Director, Jonathan, were presented with the St. James's Place Foundation Award, which recognises monies raised and support given to the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation.
Darren is married to Anne and has two children, Hannah & Nathan. He enjoys a busy life away from work, spending time with his family and, when time permits, he also enjoys playing golf.
