I’m the Principal of an Associate Partner Practice of St. James's Place. I offer a personal face to face wealth management service. I provide a bespoke and holistic service, providing individuals with specialist advice on financial services.
My style of advising is straightforward, relaxed and jargon free. I endeavour to make our appointments enjoyable and informative.
Even the most successful individuals need specialist advice on financial services from time to time, particularly during periods of volatility and legislative change.
There are no simple off-the peg solutions. Where you need advice, you need advice you can trust, advice that will assist you to manage your financial affairs more effectively - with the minimum of fuss.I have had a successful career within the financial services sector for the last 16 years, since leaving the University of Portsmouth in 1996. I embarked on a career in financial services after seeing the need to advise both friends and family with their money and protection needs. I initially joined a company called Chase de Vere in Bath where I gained my initial qualifications. I then moved to Southampton where I was in charge of a large area south of Guildford, advising and servicing client requirements, mainly on inheritance tax. I have clients all over the south and moved back to the south west a number of years ago, as this is where I grew up.
I am happily married to Trudy and we have two wonderful (but very noisy!) sons together; Miles and Max, as well as a very energetic Labrador, Monty.
I have found that whilst my clients share similar concerns, they all need individual solutions to their problems. Many have received financial advice in the past, however the overwhelming feeling is that it is fragmented, complicated or perhaps no longer relevant. To meet your objectives, financial planning has to look at the complete picture.
