Based in the market town of Llandeilo, located in the historical Black Ox Bank since 2001. Osian provides face to face financial advice to clients. His aim is to foster long term relationships with his clients.
Prior to joining the financial services industry, he spent 6 years working in the construction industry, working with Lovell’s on large projects in Swansea and Cardiff. This was followed by a short service commission with the Royal Engineers that took him to Sandhurst, Cambridge, Chatham, Ripon and Bovington, and working overseas in France, Germany, USA, Canada and Cyprus. Captain Osian I Rees left the Royal Engineers in 1995 to join the financial services industry. These experiences have proven invaluable in developing client relationships.
Osian has Chartered Financial Planner status since 2017 and graduated as a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society in November 2018. He is SOLLA accredited, this is an independent accreditation for the knowledge and skills for later life planning.
Outside of business, Osian has been married to Helen for 25 years and has two sons 17 and 21. He enjoys cycling, keeping fit and skiing. Osian is also an official at Saron Baptist Chapel, Ammanford. In 2019 Osian participated in the Vienna to Prague Cycling Challenge, raising funds for 'The school of hard Knocks' Charity. Thanks to all that sponsored.
