Scarborough Office 

On the 22nd September 2004, The Duke of Kent officially opened the Wykeham Business Centre. The development was designed to prevent the loss of traditional buildings by converting them into modern workspaces that would sit easily within the rural environment.

Dawnay Estates took many years to plan and construct the transformation of the derelict farm buildings into the magnificent development that exists today. Wykeham Business Centre provides a very different working environment to the normal town centre offices, its biggest advantage by far being the beautiful countryside location. Despite the 'rural' location the Centre boasts easy accessibility and modern facilities, which in turn has attracted over thirty businesses.

We are very lucky to be situated at the heart of Wykeham Business Centre within Lora Courtyard and we look forward to welcoming our clients to our comfortable and friendly offices.

Harrogate Office

The purpose-built offices are located just outside of Harrogate and Knaresborough town centre and are simple and easy to get to, with dedicated car parking spaces right outside. 

The well-established business park is a hive of activity, surrounded by professional businesses of all kinds and we are pleased to be at the centre of an energetic business environment.
